In 2020, while working on someone else's egg truck during Corona, I asked myself one question every single day: “Would I feed this to my own family?”
Most days, the answer was no. That's when I decided to build something different.
“If I can't serve it to my own family — I won't serve it to yours.”
One truck. Zero crowd. Maximum skepticism from everyone around me. I didn't care. I focused on what mattered — making Ahmedabad's cleanest egg dishes.
2020 — Corona Era
Working on another egg truck. Noticed nobody cared about hygiene. Decided to change that.
The First Truck — R.K. Eggwala
Launched with alkaline water cooking system, fitness eggs, chemical-free vegetables. No crowd. Full belief.
